General

Kraków has 800.000 inhabitants and is (after Warsaw and Lodz) the third city of Poland. Most sights are in the compact, pedestrian medieval Old City. In 1978 Kraków, as the first city in Europe, was added to the Unesco list of the 12 most important cultural objects in the world.
